Shawangunk Valley Firehouse Expansion
With grant funding from the New York State Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management, the Shawangunk Valley Fire District is excited to embark on a building renovation to allow room for additional emergency response apparatus, storage of medical supplies, a gym/training facility for members, as well as a building exhaust system to improve the health of emergency responders.
We are seeking qualified, licensed General Construction, Electrical, and HVAC firms to support the building expansion. We strongly encourage MWBE firms to apply.
Due to the initial bids exceeding the budget for the project, the scope of work has been revised. The drawings and plans remain the same, but the Scopes of Work and Specifications for General Construction have been revised. The Scopes of Work for Electrical and HVAC are the same as previously advertised.
